Only the owner can archive or restore houses. Archiving keeps all tasks and comments.

You approve who can view or edit. Editors can update all projects; only you manage access.

From plans to handover.

1. Review the import. Open tasks to verify older dates and statuses. Blank Monday.com statuses are kept as “Not set.”
2. Update as work happens. Change a status from the table or board. Open a task to add a dated comment, revise dates, or connect a prerequisite.
3. Track the whole build. Phase progress counts all applicable tasks and subtasks, including parents. Not Needed tasks are excluded. Percentages show checklist completion, not physical construction or budget progress.
4. Keep a copy. Wait for “Saved to the shared desk” after editing. Other users receive updates automatically. Use Backup to download a copy. If someone saves first, refresh and reapply your changes.
5. Start your next house. Reuse the original checklist with “Start another house.” No old dates or completed statuses carry over.

This desk does not send messages, trigger payments, or sync with Monday.com / Quo. Archived items remain available through the task filters.
